On August 21, 2021, the final acceptance meeting on the consulting and research project Research on the Development Strategy for Moderate Scale Operation of Planting Industry in China by the Agriculture Division of CAE was held at Shenyang Agricultural University. The 10-member review team composed of CAE members and relevant experts such as Deng Xiuxin, Kang Shaozhong, Fang Zhiyuan, Liu Xu, Luo Xiwen, Li Yu, Li Jian and Zou Xuexiao, the project leader CAE member Li Tianlai, the relevant subject leaders CAE members Chen Xuegeng, Chen Wenfu and Tang Huajun, and about 30 project team members from the Office of Agriculture Division of CAE, Shihezi University and others attended the meeting.

Professor Zhou Mi of the project team made a concluding report on the project. The review team reviewed the project summary report and keynote report, and fully questioned and discussed them. The review team said they believe the project team has overcome all difficulties during the special period of COVID19 prevention; closely focused on research objectives; analyzed the constraints of moderate scale operations in the planting industry in China through systematic research on the basis of studying the development status of moderate scale operations in the planting industry at home and abroad; predicted the cost benefit and moderate scale operation of the planting industry in China from a macro perspective; proposed a model for moderate scale operation of major crops in China as well as the types of business entities and their production scale; formed the research report entitled Research on the Development Strategy for Moderate Scale Operation of Planting Industry in China; and completed the first draft of CAE Members' Proposal on Promoting the Development of Moderate Scale Operation of Planting Industry in China. The project team strictly implemented the project, provided comprehensive materials and reliable data, achieved various assessment indicators, and successfully completed the planned research tasks. On that basis, the review team agreed to approve the final acceptance.
