Foreign member candidates need to be nominated by at least five Chinese domestic members and be voted by all the domestic members. Hello, I saw on the Internet that there are papers published in the Chinese journal Frontiers of Engineering Management (ISSN: 2095-7513, CN: CN10-1205/N). It also says that it is managed by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tsinghua University and etc. May I ask if this is one of CAE's publications?
