From December 3 to 5, 2021, Li Xiaohong, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Zhong Zhihua, Vice President of the CAE, led a delegation to Fujian province  to inspect new industries in wind power and hydrogen energy, as well as examine talent building in engineering science and technology. The delegation also visited the Binhai City Planning Exhibition Hall to look into the construction blueprint of the city.
