The 7th National Academic Forum on Civil Engineering Safety and Disaster Prevention was held in Nanjing on June 18 and 19, 2022 in an online-onsite hybrid format.

The forum included reports by 24 renowned experts covering various research directions in civil engineering such as structures, disaster prevention, materials, bridges, geotechnical issues and water conservancy.

The forum further promoted the greater intersection of disciplines and interdisciplinary studies across information technology, remote sensing, artificial intelligence, environmental engineering, digital economy and humanities, arts, and social sciences, providing reliable scientific support for strategic decisions in civil engineering safety and disaster prevention in China.
