The "Strategic Research on Oil and Gas Resources Evaluation and Green Low-carbon Oil and Gas Fields Construction" held its mid-term seminar in Beijing on August 18, 2022.

The meeting for the major research and consulting project of the Energy and Mining Engineering Division of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) was held both online and onsite, with the participation of 11 CAE members and more than 50 members of the project team.

The meeting included reports on the research progress, results achieved, the use of funds, and the work plan ahead.

CAE members and experts at the meeting gave full recognition of the project's progress, noting the eco-friendly construction is of great significance to the development of an energy system in the new era and the realization of carbon neutrality.
