The Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), the Brazilian National Academy of Medicine (ANM), and the China Anti-Cancer Association (CACA) held a collaborative work meeting via video link on the evening of February 21, 2024.

Wang Chen, Vice President of the CAE, Eliete Bouskela, President of the ANM, and Fan Daiming, President of the CACA, delivered speeches. The three parties preliminarily reached a consensus on establishing a formal cooperation mechanism, conducting personnel exchanges, and holding annual joint medical seminars.

Participants also included eight ANM members, Tian Qi, Director-General of the CAE Department of International Cooperation, staff from the CAE, CACA Vice President Wang Ying, and staff from the CACA.
