Li Xiaohong, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), met with a delegation led by H.E. Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to China, in Beijing on July 25.

The two sides exchanged views on promoting engineering science and technology collaboration, and agreed to conduct in-depth discussions on relevant cooperative areas.

The visit was accompanied by Khaled Alshehhi, Deputy Ambassador of the UAE Embassy in China, Saeed Alghfeli, Head of the Embassy’s Economic Affairs Section, and other officials from the section. Participants also included Chen Jianfeng, Secretary-General of the CAE, and Tian Qi, Director-General of the CAE Department of International Cooperation.
