Cutting-edge fungal technology has taken center stage at the 24th China Changchun International Agriculture and Food Expo in Jilin province.   

A team led by Li Yu, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor at Jilin Agricultural University, presented innovations spanning the entire mushroom industry chain from breeding new varieties to AI-driven cultivation, deep processing, and creative products.
