The pre-conclusion review meeting for the “Research on the Management Methodology and Values for China’s Major Engineering Construction,” a key project of the Engineering Management Academic Division of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), was held in Beijing on October 20, 2024.

The meeting, presided over by CAE Member Fu Zhihuan, was attended by over 50 individuals, including several CAE Members and representatives from the China Academy of Railway Sciences Corporation Limited, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Jiaotong University, the China Railway Society, and members of the project team.

The project team delivered a detailed report covering the project’s research background, organization, main research content, innovation, achievements and next steps. They also comprehensively elaborated on the theoretical framework, significance, status and trends of the management methodology and values in major engineering projects.
