The Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and the Provincial Government of Jiangxi sign a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement and a cooperation agreement to jointly build the Jiangxi Institute of Chinese Engineering Development Strategies, and hold a seminar on April 8, 2021. Li Xiaohong, President of the CAE, and CAE Member Liu Qi give remarks, Chen Zuoning, Vice President of the CAE, Chen Jianfeng, Secretary-General of the CAE, and other 50 CAE Members including Wu Hequan, Gan Yong, Liu Jiongtian, Lu Xicheng and Zhang Yanzhong, as well as Yi Lianhong, Governor of Jiangxi Province, and Luo Xiaoyun, Vice Governor attend the meeting. Chen Jianfeng and Luo Xiaoyun sign the cooperation agreement on behalf of the CAE and Jiangxi Provincial Government.
